Position Summary

• The Immigration Coordinator will provide clients will all the necessary forms to complete the immigration application process. Also assist clients, by investigating and resolving their unique immigration circumstances.
• Achieving set monthly goals of total number of clients completing the immigration process..
Description of duties performed

• Answer clients’ telephone calls and concerns they may have regarding immigration issues, while always providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve immigration problems and issues for clients who visit our office in person.
• Complete marketing immigration presentations, representing the Alliance to different groups throughout San Diego.
• Promote the immigration office by sending out flyers to different organizations.
• Complete other assignments by management as directed.
Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in an immigration services office preferred.
• Multilingual-speaking Arabic preferred.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills required in assisting many different multicultural groups.

Note: This position is commission only paying 85% of Immigration Revenue Generated.
